What you get

Open challenge to reimagine an HRSD service with AI or emerging technology. Shortlisted ideas join an idea-development stage with workshops (8 Nov 2026 – 21 Jan 2027), then a final stage; winners are honoured at a closing ceremony and winning solutions are hosted for implementation inside the Ministry. Professionals track (experts, entrepreneurs, startups) prizes: SAR 100,000 / 70,000 / 50,000; student track prizes: SAR 50,000 / 30,000 / 10,000 plus training opportunities.

Who it's for

Saudi nationals aged 16 or older, individually or in teams of 3–8, in one of three tracks: Students; Professionals (technology and innovation experts, entrepreneurs and startups); HRSD ecosystem entities. The idea must use AI or an emerging technology to improve an existing HRSD service or process, be original, and not have won another hackathon, competition or innovation programme.
