Company registered in Saudi Arabia; operating 7 years or less; revenue of US$1–15M or at least US$500K of equity raised; pure tech or tech-enabled; not majority-owned by a large corporate; can pitch in English; applicants 18+ and resident in Saudi Arabia. KPMG audit clients and their affiliates cannot enter.
